FAQ
Five objections owners raise on every kickoff callFive objections. Plain answers.
The same five questions come up on almost every Lowcountry kickoff call — price, niche fit, sample quality, turnaround time, content ownership. The cards below give you the short answer each — cross-linked to the retainers, the free sample, and the work gallery for the depth.
The five objections, answered
Price
Why $497, not a quote.
The flat retainer covers the whole studio — avatar and voice clone, script bank, captions, scheduling, and the approvals queue — and it works out cheaper than a part-time social hire and cheaper than an agency retainer. You can cancel any month, so the price is a month-to-month bet, not a lock-in.

Niche fit
"We do fire mitigation, not facials."
The script bank is cut per vertical, the avatar and voice clone are matched to the trade (HVAC, med spa, restaurant, barber — plus the rest of the Lowcountry verticals on the site), and the gallery only shows the work for those four. You are not handed a generic social template and told to fill it in.

Sample quality
Three videos in your voice. Free.
The first calibration pack comes back within one business day — three reels in your tone, on-camera or avatar — no card, no contract. You judge the cut before you sign; if the calibration misses, you walk with the sample and owe nothing.

Turnaround
First reel in a day. Pack in a week.
The free sample returns within one business day, and the first full retainer pack lands within the first week after onboarding. From there the studio ships 20, 30, or 40 videos a month per the retainers — no buffer week, no waiting list, no surprise week without content.

Ownership
You own the footage. You own the accounts.
Every cut, caption file, and master lives on your drive. Your accounts stay yours. The studio accesses the scheduling queue through permissions you can revoke at any time — and if you walk away, you keep everything that accumulated that month.

Still on the fence?
Sample first. Keep the retainer only if it lands.
Three free videos in your voice, on-camera or avatar, back within one business day — no card, no contract. If the calibration works, pick a retainer that fits the cadence you actually want; if it doesn’t, you keep the sample and owe nothing.
